Return Period

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.


Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product differs significantly from its description.

Returned products should be unused and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products
  • Clearance and final sale items

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
